"Taheya" Dance Instrumental

One of our favorite dance numbers to play with Zikrayat. Almost completely unknown by contemporary performers (which is a pity), we found it on, and learned it from, a "Legends of Belly Dance" DVD. The piece, which comes from the 1950 Egyptian film called "Shore of Love," also starring Layla Murad, features the great Taheya Carioca in a devilish performance (her character is blackmailing Layla Murad's character in the film, who is sitting in the audience for this performance). The piece itself isn't given a name, so we called it "Taheya." I haven't found information about the composer.
